The Women in Electronics Executive Team would like to thank the 165 attendees from over 60 leading industry organizations representing manufacturing, contract manufacturing, manufacturer reps, distribution, digital partners, industry associations, and service providers for their participation in this year’s Annual Leadership Conference. Under the theme of Growing Forward, the packed two-day event offered over 720 minutes of presentations, workshops, panel discussions, and roundtables designed to cover professional, personal, and industry development. We had the opportunity to listen, engage, and learn, and now it is up to each of us to lead as we grow into our “next”!

The WE Recognizes Award acknowledges and celebrates women leaders who have demonstrated outstanding achievement within the WE goals to Empower, Advocate, Develop, and Celebrate women in the Electronics Industry.

 

Congrats to the 2022 WE Recognizes Award Recipients, Debbie Martin, TDK Electronics Inc. and Maryellen Stack, Sager Electronics. Presented at this year’s annual Leadership Growth Conference, Jackie Mattox said of Debbie, WE’s Membership Chair, and Maryellen, WE’s Marketing Chair, “The women receiving this award demonstrate the organizational values of honor, authenticity, courage, and commitment by their conduct personally and professionally and embody a spirit of unity within the WE organization and the industry.”

WE Founder, Jackie Mattox presents Michael Knight, President, Exponential Technology Group and SVP Corporate Business Development at TTI, Inc. with the 2022 WE Unity Award for his role in uniting men and women within the Electronics Industry.
