Hello WE Family and Friends,
We hope the men in the industry enjoyed a nice Father’s Day – whether being celebrated as a father or honoring another male role model in your life. WE honors the wonderful fathers (and father figures) that have a major impact on our lives.
We have an exciting announcement:
Meenal Sethna, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Littelfuse Joins WE Advisory Council!
Meenal brings a wealth of valuable leadership experience to the Women in Electronics Advisory Council, and has been the executive sponsor of the Littelfuse Women’s Initiative Network (WiN) since its inception in 2017.
“I am proud to join the Women in Electronics Advisory Council, and I look forward to supporting the important work of WE in the development of women in the electronics industry,” said Meenal Sethna. “At Littelfuse, we believe that diverse people deliver bold solutions and sustained success — a sentiment that aligns well with WE’s commitment to the advancement of women across our industry.”

Freedom is not the same as free-reign. When companies establish Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) in a responsible manner, the corporate culture is protected and each individual has the ability to be their authentic self; allowing for more understanding and inclusion of thought within the organizational community.
