Hello WE Family and Friends,

As we close out May and shift our attention forward to the month of June, WE reflects on the completion of our most current Mentorship Cohort in a virtual culmination that was held on May 14th.  Congratulations to all of the Mentors and Mentees for your participation in this valuable program!

“The WE Mentorship program not only provided a way for me to give back to our industry, it allowed for a safe space for my mentee to discuss goals, fears, and aspirations.  Being a mentor was personally fulfilling and allowed me to gain a fresh prospective from my mentee and other WE mentors.  For those individuals that are hesitant to join as a mentor or mentee, do not wait any longer! The guidance and resources the WE Mentorship program provided allowed for each mentor/mentee pairing the freedom to build their relationship to meet their needs.” - Dawn Manhart, Director, Global Sales Operations, Semiconductor Business Unit, Littelfuse, Inc.

If you can speak it, you can fix it! Brushing concerns under the rug multiplies unwanted circumstances.  Speaking your truth with clarity, confidence, and compassion brings awareness and allows the opportunity for growth; not only for you, but those around you.
