The Mentorship Program completed another successful cohort on March 11, 2022 with 25 mentor/mentee pairs. The testimonials from mentees were game-changing, such as “I have a new confidence in my career and feel valued and heard” and “I found my voice and now I’m showing up with more to offer”. Mentors also commented “I learned as much from my mentee as they learned from me”.
