October 5, 2021
Women in Electronics offers its members a host of initiatives and resources in support of professional and personal development. Many of our offerings are cultivated through the expertise and strategic insights of the Women in Electronics Advisory Council, a group of industry leaders dedicated to advancing WE’s mission to expand opportunities for women in the Electronics Industry. The Council recently held their first annual meeting where an outlook for 2022 was established. As we work to refine our programs for next year, WE thanks the Council for all they do to help not only the WE community but the industry as a whole.

WE Insight - Conflict Resolution
1. Find some common ground first (usually non work related). 2. Ask about their views directly without assuming. 3. Show the contrast of viewpoints, but highlight where you can align. 4. Move forward in unity from there, even if its just baby steps, and grow from that foundation. 5. Celebrate the progress along the way!
