This week Monica Highfill, WE Vice President, spoke at the ECIA Executive Conference, and addressed the topic of recruiting and retaining talent. She shared data from a recent Microsoft survey of 20,000 employees that found that 52% of employees identified as Gen Z and Millennial are contemplating changing companies this year, and that many are planning to do so because "learning requires leaving." More than half indicated that changing companies was the best way to further develop themselves. Read more on this HERE.
