Women in Electronics thanks Digi-Key for hosting our first-ever hybrid chapter meeting. Held both onsite at Digi-Key’s corporate offices as well as virtually, over 175 members participated in our Q3 Chapter discussion on confidence building with guest speaker, Carla Howard. Thank you to the many membership companies who joined in the conversation remotely, and for all the positive comments and helpful feedback we received from our many participants.

Speaking at this year's ECIA Conference, Monica Highfill, WE Vice President will discuss how recruiting and retaining talent goes far beyond career fairs and job postings. Highfill, also known for her prior position as Vice President - Sales, Americas for KEMET/YAGEO, will take a deep dive into talent retention and recruitment. This session will educate us on the value of mentorship and inclusion, and how this plays a large role in retaining and recruiting critical talent.
