Stepping Over the Broken Rung

At last year's Summit, Roya Ansari emphasized the importance of understanding your worth through evidence such as key performance metrics and to advocate for promotion with data-driven details. Roya shared personal experiences about supporting other women, overcoming biases, and the need for inclusivity.

We are pleased to honor Ariana Saltarelli, Associate Product Manager at TTI Inc, as our July Member Highlight. When asked her why for WE, Ariana shared, “Growing up with a mom who also had a passion for her career, I have always felt strongly about empowering women in the workplace. Being a part of an organization of women and men whose primary objective is creating a positive and inclusive space in this industry has made me feel confident about pushing forward in my career with the support of my peers and team here at TTI and within the WE community.”

The WE Mentorship Program continues to gain momentum in Europe and Asia. Due to increased demand, we are seeking passionate and dedicated tenured mentors. Please let us know if you would like to be a part of shaping the next succession of leaders in the technology ecosystem, including the electronic components industry, associated end user markets, and software/digital technologies.

"The impact of the WE Mentorship Program extends far beyond the workplace—it touches the core of who we are as individuals. More than mere career development, this program fosters authentic friendships and lasting relationships. I’m proud to be a very small part of its success," Terri Walsh, Mentor.

"I looked forward to each meeting and gained a lot from each. I learned many tips that catapulted me professionally in my role as a new manager. I feel I grew 5 years professionally in the short 6-month program," Angelique O'Rourke, Mentee.
