Meet the Membership & Collegiate Committees

As we wrap up National Volunteer Month, we honor our Membership Committee Members: Debbie Martin, Stephanie Marchant, Stacie Kolodzinski, Margo Antonellis, and Julie Carr for their dedicated efforts in membership services.

"My time volunteering for WE as the Membership Chair gives me the opportunity to work side-by-side with so many talented women and men. Through this communication, I learn new skills, meet new people, and foster a self-confidence that I never knew was possible.", Debbie Martin, Marketing Chair

And our wonderful Collegiate Committee MembersPaul Starr and Clarence Semple who are champions for expanding the number of talented youth entering the electronics industry and related end-user markets.

"As a proud dad of three daughters and also a person who has seen first hand how there really is a glass ceiling that exists in business, I am excited the WE Collegiate Initiative gives me a chance to do something about it.  I can make an impact both on today and in the future: Today I can help recruit a more diverse workforce where all voices are represented and recognized and have those diverse and inclusive voices be there for my daughters as well to join one day.", Paul Starr

"Being apart of the WE Collegiate Initiative has given me an opportunity to experience the vast levels of talent coming into the workforce. I am excited to be apart of a team that emphasizes diversity of thought, approach, and execution – three key components to innovation. The next generation of builders, makers and doers are as innovative as they are talented, and WE is helping guide these individuals to success within the industry at large.", Clarence Semple
