Thank You Mentorship Committee for All You Do!

As we continue to recognize the many volunteers that make the WE programs and initiatives possible, this week's feature is the Mentorship Committee, represented by Stephannie Bronson, Sue Breault, Carla Caldwell, and Marion Thierry who work closely with mentors and mentees to ensure a successful experience. The flagship Mentorship Program, led by WE Executive Director, Monica Highfill has been enhanced with every cohort, now offering a group mentorship module for young professionals. This addition works in conjunction with our Collegiate Team to provide guidance from an experienced industry mentor, while cultivating peer to peer support for fresh talent new to the industry.

"Our industry is full of wonderful people that have so many vast experiences and skillsets that we should really be sharing that with the talent we have coming up within organizations in our industry.", Sue Breault.

Interested in becoming a Mentor or Mentee? Please CLICK HERE to fill out an application by July 30, 2023. The next cohort begins October 2023.
