Janet Emerson Bashen is an American entrepreneur and software inventor best known for patenting a web-based EEO software application, LinkLine. The company securely stores information about Equal Employment Opportunity cases that employers and employees can use worldwide. Janet is the first African American woman in the United States to hold a software patent.
